Warranty Covers ASUS Component Only
ASUS Manufacturer Warranty covers ASUS components only. If the defective component is related to a 3rd Party Part, you will be quoted for the ASUS part replacement.
For Motherboard/Graphics Card/Wireless product, You Will Receive a Replacement
For Motherboard, Graphics Card, and Wireless products, a certified and tested replacement unit (of same or greater value) will be provided to you for your original unit.
Possible Data Deletion Notice
During the repair, even if there is an obvious defect that is not related to the storage medium, your data may be deleted. Your device is subject to a stress test, which in many cases is necessary to reinstall the operating system in order to check all functions are working.Our Repair Facility does not store or backup user’s original data when restoring operating software. Please make sure you back up your data prior to sending in for repair to prevent any data loss.
Please only send accessories relative to your products problem. Please prevent sending in product accessories such as bags, stickers, manuals, external components, etc. Please fill out the RMA checklist with the items which will be sent to the repair facility. For Motherboard and Card products,remove and keep any heatsinks, IO Shields, M.2 Cards, external components, etc.
Original Packaging will be changed
To ensure your product is not damaged in transit, our Repair Facility does not always preserve customers original packaging unless stated by customer in Problem description. Our repair facility may find that the original packing has been compromised on the initial shipment to our repair center and repackage with secure materials. Please do not send your original packaging if you intend to receive back from repair.
